Your listing goes live, or moves into your account, as soon as it is paid. Free listings and free claims never ask for a card.

Free is free, with no expiry and no card. It covers the basics: your name, suburb, category, contact details and map pin. It is how most Sydney businesses appear on the directory today.
Standard is you doing it. Premium is us doing it. Standard gives you a full listing and a dashboard to run it yourself. Premium adds a page our team designs and builds for you, a Strategy Session, unlimited changes, SEO work and the Business Growth Services.
Pay once a year instead of every month: $390 for Standard or $790 for Premium, which works out to two months free. It renews each year until you cancel. Cancel from your dashboard before the renewal date and you will not be charged again.
They do. $39 and $79 a month, or $390 and $790 a year, are what you pay, GST included, with nothing added at checkout. Every payment comes with a tax invoice by email.
Yes, from your dashboard, at any time. There is no lock-in and no exit fee. Your listing goes back to the free version and you stay the verified owner with the Claimed badge. The Premium page and the Business Growth Services stop when the subscription ends.
Any time, in either direction. Everything you have written stays on your listing. Moving up unlocks the extra features once the new plan is paid. Moving down hides the ones that plan does not include, but never deletes your content.
When you send your claim you can attach proof, like a business card, an invoice or your ABN details, and add a short note. A person reviews every claim, and we may call or email you to confirm.
Each location has its own listing, so each one can show up in its own suburb. Claim each one separately, or get in touch and we will set them up together.
