Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the job and the quantity. Business cards and stationery are usually quick, while signage and apparel need longer for production and finishing. We confirm a turnaround time with your quote so you know where you stand before you approve the artwork.
No. Our designers can create artwork from scratch, work from a rough idea, or refresh something you already have. If you do have print-ready files, we are happy to work with those instead.
Print-ready PDF is preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD and INDD files. Supply artwork in CMYK at 300dpi with bleed where possible. If you are not sure whether your file will print correctly, send it through and we will check it before anything goes to press.
Minimums vary by product. Printing and stationery can be run in small quantities, while apparel and promotional items generally need a minimum run to be viable. Ask when you enquire and we will tell you what applies to your job.
Both. You are welcome to collect from our Liverpool workshop, or we can arrange delivery. Let us know which you prefer when you place the order.
